The transmitter can be positioned away from sources of strong electromagnetic fields, vibration, or heat, ensuring stable and reliable signal output.
-
The sensor can reach up to IP68 protection, suitable for wet, flooded, or corrosive environments.
-
The transmitter is typically mounted in an accessible location, making it convenient for operation, inspection, and service.
-
Supports 4–20mA, pulse, HART, Modbus, and Profibus protocols—easy to integrate into various control systems.
-
Delivers reliable performance for a wide range of conductive liquids, including those with solids, fibers, or sludge.
Split electromagnetic flowmeter adopts a split design, that is, the sensor is separated from the display controller, the sensor is installed in the fluid pipeline for measuring the flow rate, while the display or converter is installed separately in the control room or other places that are easy to operate and monitor. The sensor is connected to the display by cable or other means, and the measured data is transmitted to the display for display and processing. Split electromagnetic flowmeter waterproof grade can reach IP68, can be completely installed underwater, applicable to more complex conditions, commonly used in measuring high temperature, high humidity or inconvenient to direct observation of the environment of the fluid flow.

Selection Between Integrated Electromagnetic Flowmeter and Split Type Electromagnetic Flow Meter:
Integrated type electromagnetic flowmeter: Generally chosen for conditions with favorable site and environment, where the sensor and converter are assembled into one unit.
Split electromagnetic flowmeter: The sensor and converter are installed in different locations, typically selected in the following situations:
(1) Based on the temperature of the measured medium, an integrated electromagnetic flowmeter can withstand temperatures up to 80°C, while a split-type electromagnetic flowmeter can withstand temperatures up to 150°C. Choose the appropriate flowmeter according to the medium temperature.
(2) Consider whether there are explosion-proof requirements; split-type electromagnetic flowmeters are typically used in harsher working environments, so they have a higher protection rating, usually IP68.
(3) In conditions with significant pipeline vibrations.
(4) In environments where the aluminum housing of the sensor would be severely corroded.
(5) In areas with high humidity or corrosive gases.
(6) When the flow meter is installed at high altitudes or underground where it is inconvenient to debug.
