DP transmitters
DP transmitters are used to measure the level, density, and pressure of liquids, gases, or vapors, and then convert them to 4-20mADC HART current signal output. Adopting high-precision monocrystalline silicon technology, the measurement accuracy is as high as 0.075 grade, and the unique double overload protection membrane design, the unidirectional overpressure can be up to 40MPa.

  • With throttling device can detect the flow of liquid, gas, steam;
  • It can directly detect differential pressure, gauge pressure, absolute pressure, and liquid level in open or closed containers;
  • Convert the measured pressure signal into 4-20mADC signal and supply it to PLC and secondary instrumentation;
  • Using digital compensation technology to compensate for temperature and static pressure, which improves the measurement accuracy;

DP transmitters can be used with a throttling device to measure the flow of liquids, gases and vapors, as well as directly to measure differential pressure, gauge pressure, absolute pressure and the level of liquids in open or closed vessels. It can realize the measurement from micro differential pressure to large differential pressure, from low pressure to high pressure, absolute pressure and high static pressure, and convert the measured pressure signal into standard 4-20mA DC signal output. Now it is widely used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, electric power, papermaking, medicine, textile, environmental protection and other industries, such as differential pressure, pressure and other process parameters of the measurement.
